Small moments in ink.
During school my art stretched as far as giving my friends doodles & stickmen portraits.
After school I studied a BA in Dance, majoring in Ballet followed up by a three year diploma in
fashion.
Technical drawing and illustration were definitely my two favourite courses during fashion school
where I progressed from stickmen to something vaguely representing a model wearing my designs.
I worked in the fashion and retail industry for a few years, and had my own clothing lines and shoe
label.
After realizing that the social media aspects of running my own business were where my focus kept being drawn, I changed industries and found new passion in designing and curating company’s online portfolios.
As life is ever changing, I have now found myself in magical McGregor where my husband and I have opened a music and arts venue, café and bar which we are absolutely entirely in love with.
Lockdown gave me time to remember my passion for creating small happy moments in ink, which luckily due to all of the wonderful inventions in the world, I am able to do digitally, a bonus as my eyesight is quiet impaired.
I lose myself for hours drawing portraits for clients, moments with my dog Oliver or discovering new
characters that come out of my love of keeping life innocent and joyful.
